How to afford a trip back to my family?

Ok, I am 15 years old living in Edmonton, Canada. My family immigrated from Iran more than a decade ago, and it has been more than 5 years since our last visit.

All our family friends are just coming and going back, as if they sleep on money. Both my parents are University professors with their PhD's in Physical Sciences. I am currently getting work at a local movie theater.

I miss my family so much, I am always heartbroken when I hear my friends say they're going to a cousins house, or their grandparents cottage. My grandmother has Alzheimer disease and I really just want to give her a big hug and all my other family members that I would do anything to see.

I understand for a family of four it can get very pricey and with mortgage and car loans to pay off, this trip to Iran seems as if it will never come.

My parents just recently spent over 2 grand on a dining table, which ticked me off because they always say they have little funds to spend

So do I keep every nickel from my movie theater job and one day take my entire family back to Iran?

Anything can help
