How to buy a house for the first time?!

Okay so I live in Gloucestershire and my fiance lives in Northampton. We want to move in together somewhere in the middle so we can be near each others family. Whats the best way to do this? We don't have savings because I only work part time and he has a lot of bills.

We've worked out a budget and could afford a mortgage but how would we be able to do it with us both being far away from the place we want to live?

We obviously need to find jobs there but once we have jobs we will need somewhere to live straight away. Can we get a mortgage before getting jobs? What help is there for first time buyers with no savings? The government are starting 100% mortgages again soon so we will be going for one of those so we don't need to worry about a deposit.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Added (1). We have all the furniture so we don't need to spend anything on that. What other costs will there be? There has to be some way we can move in together, other people have managed it!

Added (2). Coraann I mean we have worked out how much money we would have after our separate bills (phones, car tax, petrol etc.) We haven't worked out how much we need to spend on each thing because we dont know what costs there are.
