How to get mortgage loan for my car title?

My friend on whom a Diverse Case was going on and all the money has gone in litigations including selling of flats,property etc. Now he owns a mercedes car and using it for his livelihood, people who have loaned him are hunting for him, even the advocates are searching for clearing their bills and the case is in the last stage, ofcourse he is definitely going to win, but due to his bad credit, no body is going to give him loan, because of this it has become mandatory to catch hold of a job. Now he has given the vehicle on hire for earning, but the income generated is very less, which is hardly sufficient to pay the loans and day to day living.

Is there is any solution to get mortgage loan for his car title?
