Lover has moved into my house - what to do?
I was forced to move out of my house 2 years ago due to a false allegation to Social Services
The allegation was proved false recently
During this two years I was out with my wife a lot as usual and socialising with her loads as husband and wife.
However now I talk about moving home, my wife refuses to even discuss our marriage. This is despite me being the sole earner for 10 years supporting her and my daughter, and doing that while I was moved out also. To aid discussions I said I would move home.
She then allowed a long term boyfriend to move in who apparently she has been seeing sexually for 5 years!
The house is solely in my name and I still pay the mortgage, 95% of my possessions are still in the house, and everything done and bought in the house was paid for by me. In short it is my house and contains all my possessions
What is the legal position re:
1. If I just move back, and tell the occupants to go
2. If I tell this boyfriend to leave, or pay me rent
3. If I regularly visit/ stay
4. If I gradually move all my possessions out which would completely gut the house - I have nowhere to put these
5. Any other suggestions?
I have concerns my wife may sell my possessions on ebay!
I have tried to divorce but wife refuses
