I am ignorant of the zoning laws and such in my state. I have been researching but I haven't found any answers. My goal is to build a house as small as I possibly can to only have the nescecaties. It may sound strange to some but we are simple people who don't have a tone of money. We want to live mortgage free. We want to be completely legal and spend the least amount of money possible. So someone please tell me how many square feet a house must be in order to be legal.
