There is a house that will be on auction soon that is pretty cheap looking at the house prices in the area, however it needs structural repair… The rear wall has a crack in it… The auction company don't think this could have a mortgage and would suit a cash buyer… I can buy it by cash ( by lending from friends and family ) but I just don't want to have a bigger problem… The house is otherwise beautiful, a very good area and cheap… So any advice? Do you think the crack in the rear wall could be too much?
