International contract can I get a mortgage?

Hello,
I am looking to get mortgage to buy new house but me and my wife we are worked out of Canada as international contract and both we are citizenship. And I have good credit in Canada. My question can I get mortgage or not? And what the steps to get mortgage in Canada?
