Lets say you owned a mid-sized home for just 2 adults and 1 child and you had no mortgage, loans, debt or anything. Just utilities/maintenance when needed. Renting ranges from $800-$1500 and utilities may or may not be included so its a rip-off! Which is better? Owning a house? Or renting?
