I am trying to move from MT, to Vallejo CA, and want to find a easy conventional loan. Im at a 680, with only self employement, with 20% down.

Im looking for a lender versed in self employment, generating low credit consurmer loans, and help for people that are moving 3 states. For example Wells Fargo has extra criteria like you have to show income in the state your moving to, or a letter of intent from a future employer in a different market. From my understanding these are not part of the Bates Act or the new lender criteria.
