I am traveling out of the country into Mexico by land on October 23rd and CANNOT reschedule. I did apply for a passport but there was a mix up with the application process and even though I payed for it to be expedited, It probably will not be here in time. I have my expired passport, SSN Card, paystubs, mortgage bill, copies of marriage license and birth certificate that I'm planning to bring as well as a document proving that my passport application is in process… will this help?
