Separated almost one year ago, I have exclusive rights to home, only my name on the mortgage and deed. He was charged with domestic assault on me in june of this year and moved in at that time with his girlfriend. He is not allowed on my property but he has a friend who picks things up for him from my home. Most of his belongings remain in my home (along with some of his mistresses belongings! When can I legally get rid of his things? I had a double organ transplant a year ago and can't afford a lawyer right now. He has not given me one penny of child support as per our separation agreement. We do have a signed separation agreement giving me exclusive residency of the home. We are allowed no contact due to the pending domestic assault charge. I live in Ontario, Canada.
