I have perfect credit and at least a 10 percent down payment for a 75,000 mortgage. I want to get a mortgage that doesn't require me to occupy the residence for the full 15 - 30 year term. I want to live there for the one year clause then be able to have the flexibility to rent out the house if I wanted. I know the one year occupancy clause exist but what banks have that clause and will I need a bigger down payment to be able to do that?
