My bf sold his small apartment to buy a bigger place because he wanted me to move in ( both have kids). I never asked or influenced that decision. I pay 40% of what his mortgage with taxes included come to be for the new house and pay electricity. I know the house is not under my name and even though he keeps saying it's ours I'm aware I would walk away with nothing if we split out ( we don't see it happening but you never know). He makes about 30% more than me per year so I do feel my contribution is more than fair. I buy some groceries but he buys most and today he made a comment in a nice way about how he buys most groceries. Am I not paying my way good enough? I felt it was since I don't own the house and got a little disappointed at the comment. I feel like bringing up the fact I don't own it but maybe I'm wrong? I need advice. Thanks in advance
