I have student loan debt therefore bad credit, I want to know if/how I can have a mortgage to buy an apartment complex. Obviously I will be using the place as a second income so I would assume bankers wouldn't be too against it, would I be able to use an FHA loan? Please leave detailed answers. Experts only.
