If I will take mortgage lets say tomorrow for 30 years (I will borrow £140000 and I have £25000 deposit) but after 2 years I will change my mind and I want to pay my whole mortgage off immediately by selling my house and moving in my grandma's house (mortgage free) how do I do that and how much money I will need?
