Would we be eligible for private school bursary?!

My daughter is in year 9, and very bright. However the comprehensive school she currently attends isn't really doing it all for her- I want to provide her with an edication that challenges her and offers more than just a few gcse grades on a piece of paper. I want to send her to the private school. However I cannot afford it. It nears at nearly £30,000 for the next three years but mine and my husbands salaries only reach £30,000 a year. We built our own home which is big so we donly have a mortgage and me have some fields that we inherited. We have no savings (or hardly any) and don't even have enough money to finish our house. But what I worry about is our means testing. For example are the officials just going to see it as a big house some fields and no mortgage- you have to pay? I really want this for my daughter but we really can't pay. Can anyone tell me the likelihood of getting a bursary and if so how much we can get off? Is it even possible that we are eligible for a 100% bursary? Thank you! Help is needed!
