How long do you think it would take for this house to get sold? (9133 Oriole way)?

I can't afford this house right now, but this Fall I will be able to. The other thing is that I'll only need this house by the beginning of summer 2016. I'm wondering how long it will take for this house to get sold. Should I buy this house as soon as possible, or should I wait till I'll really need it and maybe there also will be more houses like that or even better than that? It's 9133 Oriole way, please look it up if you need.
