How long will it take it close on a FHA loan?
Added (1). Okay so my loan went into underwriting on 7/1/15, wanting to know how long it will take before I hear an approval or denial. I'm really press on time as it is almost time for sign ups for school and I need to know where to enroll my daughter. Also my lease is up at the end of the month. I have asked the loan officer and got a very vague answer. I really just want to hear a yes or no so I know what to do.
