What can I do with my house since my husband walked out and I can't afford it?

I can't afford to live without my husband. He walked out after an argument, he gave me his keys and said he's done, never coming back.

He is living with his dad, I'm certain, though I can't prove it. Our names are both on the mortgage but the payments come out of my account. What are my options? His name is still on the mortgage so could I have someone move in and rent off me? Or sell the house? What can I kegally do when his name is still on the mortgage?
