Need advice about what I'm doing?

I'm 27 in August, and have been going to a community college part time. This January I'll be going to trade school for an electrician course, and I still work part time. So I'm at the family house that's currently being rented out by a family for $800. My dad takes that and buys $600 in crack, $150 for bud ice, and $50 for whatever crackheads eat for food. I can't afford to go out on my own, so he says I can stay here and make the basement into an apt. Now, out of that rent money he's smoking, he has yet to pays mortgage or taxes, since 1994. Somehow freaking way this property has fallen through the cracks and I wish the sheriff's dept would come lock this place out so he can't have a fallback place to go and can no longer take people's money. So, it's been a week since he moved in the basement with her and it's just bad. Sticky. Smells like beer. Like he keeps ****** with me. She spazes time to time; sometimes thrashes in her sleep and so on. And all the while: I have PTSD. Recently diagnosed last December after severe trauma incidents. So I have great difficulty sleeping. My dad is mr. "Just stop it and be normal", and simply disregards my condition. So now, I'm shopping for a tent to put somewhere out doors to sleep in until I saved enough to move into a room near my school. I have to finish school. And I deserve to sleep in peace, also considering my condition. There's nowhere else to stay and I don't make enough at this job. Any advice or some assurance from anyone?
