Grant deed, quitclaim deed or interspousal deed?

My husband has decided he wants out of our marriage. We just bought a house a year ago that I paid for (I used my own funds from retirement for down payment). He is willing to sign the house over to me since I make all mortgage payments too (luckily he's unaware of California's community property laws). What kind of deed do I need to have him deed the property to me? Quitclaim, grant deed or interspousal?
