My condo board won't let me rent out of my place. How can I circumvent this?
Added (1). My condo board won't let me rent out of my place. How can I circumvent this?
Added (2). I've put a lot of money into this place and will be selling at a loss. The policy didn't even go into effect until 2 years after I bought.
Added (3). Again, the policy was instituted 2 years after I bought. I would have never bought if they had this policy then. They instituted a rental waitlist policy which is currently sky high and they only give 'special exceptions' to rent to board members and friends of board members.
