hi im looking to buy a 2 bed flat. Am i accurate with theese estimates?
so. Ive worked out that i need to borrow 60000. As ive 40000 deposit
with barclays, thats around 300-350 a month repayments
its a 2 bed flat with 2 people living there
so monthly
mortgage 300
council tax 100
water 20
elec 70
gas 50
broadband 20
tv lic 12
food 250
service/ground rent 120
meaning costs of 942
paying half each 471 (the person with me is my other half)
round that up to 500
im payed 1100 shes payed 800-900 a month
is this realistic?
