Ok here is where I am at: Ok i went through the process got Pre-approved for a mortgage loan through wells fargo. I only got pre-approved for $75k Fha loan. This is my first time going through this.
I go talk with a couple of realtors,
all of them want earnest fee from 500bucks to 1000dollars. They want this up front. Also when I give them my mortgage loan officer contact info which is wells fargo, I get the feeling the realtor agent really don't want to do business with me.
Now all i have is $500 cash I was going to use that for the home inspection, and I have $7grand in my 401k I was going to use $3grand of it for closing cost. Thats it, thats all the money I have.
The question I have is there a way to get around earnest fee money and all the fees?
can you buy a house without having to get your own realtor?
It seems like its soo tough getting to buy a house these days. I went through the whole process of getting my credit right, and all the paper work of getting a pre-approval. Now I can go look at houses, then I met with this road block.
