Down payments, 0 down programs, assistance, grants, etc?

Other than USDA and FHA Next home, is there anything I can get for help with a down payment? I can't save in the house I am living- it needs condemned, and utilites and necessary repairs are killing me (I can't just stop making htem, most happen on the fly and are immediate needs- i.e. Toilet broke, kitchen sink rusted through, bathtub cracked and leaking through the floors, and the furnace caught fire, leaving me with no heat this winter, because I can't see putting a $2,000 furnace into a $200 house). Utilities are extremely outragous because the house is very drafty and I have had to run space heaters for months straight to keep the mostly broken pipes from freezing up and breaking more, leaving us with no water at all. Right now we at least have the shower, and a trickle from the bathroom sink. I hate doing it, and am scared to death we are going to burn up in our sleep one night.

THe income limits where I live for the Next home and USDA loans are low for a small family. I am barely over them, and have been denied for both.
I need help, I am not asking for money- but knowledge. I need to know if there are any other programs available, and what help I can get. We are about to be sleeping in the lawn, because the tin can will be unbearable this summer- the house stayed over 90 degrees inside yesterday because it got to 70 outside with sun half the day.

Added (1). We cannot rent, if we found someone willing to take us, I would gladly. However, even though I am an "upstanding citizen", a national guard soldier, and have no reason to be denied, my husband is a felon, the most recent being in 2012. We have been denied many times. If they don't deny for that, they don't allow pets, and as a woman who's last 2 pregnancies ended sadly, and can never conceive again, my pets are my children. I can't bear the thought of giving htem away. I think most kids are wors

Added (2). My house might bring in $500 TOPS. I have had it for sale, with no interest. It is a 42 year old mobile home. I do not own the lot.
I think it be wisest to give the trailer to the Park it sits in, and let them decide if they want to repair it or scrap it.
The labor involved in tearing it apart is not worth the few hundred dollars in scrap metal it has on it- most of the home is soft, wet, rotting wood. Gnats fly out of the walls if you break something. The windows all leak- and have destroyed the home.

Added (3). I know we are capable of earning money- and we do. We would be well off if we could get out of this trailer. It's a rock and a hard place type situation. All we need is a hand, not a hand out.
