The bank sent modification papers, but I've heard they rarely give them proper order. The bank can make or break me if this isn't handled respectfully, and after the bank crises occurring a few years ago, I doubt their ethics. Does anyone have any experience with a modification on a mortgage and why it was or was not successful.
