My ex says he can't afford to pay me more than an additional $100 a month (only pays $217 a month now for both kids) because he has to pay his fiance's mortgage. He is also supposed to help me pay for her therapy, which she needs because of him, but he says he can't afford it if he has to pay more child support. Can the court make him pay? Also can he get fined for complaining to our son that he has to pay child support? He used to tell the kids that he couldn't afford to buy them things because "mommy is taking all his money".
