How may I speak to a live person at Experian Credit Reporting Agency?
The credit score reported to J.P. Morgan Chase Bank Mortgage Banker is not only wrong, but is causing my loan denied to purchase my home. I am unaware of any detrimental credit behavior now or in the pass.
A couple weeks ago, I learned that a merchant had a collection on my name, we had a three-way conference with the proposed collector who could not confirm that such a charge should not have been on my name, and he advised me and the credit counselor that it would be removed immediately. I would assume that it what your report means when you record,
"DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD or COLLECIONFILED?
(which is it?)
"TIME SINCE the above was FILED?"
"LACK OF RECENT INSTALLMENT INFORMATION"?
(installment for what, who?) I positively dispute all of above.
"TOO MANY INQUIRIES LAST 12 MONTHS"
(my mistake, I should have frozen soft inquiries. Do it now)
Would you kindly clear my record and recalculate my score. Thanks so
much. Ruth Wiggs
