International hard money lenders for real estate in the Netherlands?

Hi does anyone know international hard money lenders. I need to buy out for 100.000 Euros, an real estate owner, who owns half of property other half we own. I need it do it swiftly and with style:P the property has mortgage of 65.000 Euros is worth around 250.000 Euros so its great deal to buy out just for 100.000 Euros. And if one wants to sell it within a months or two it can be sold for around 190.000 Euros still a good return. Thanks! Martin
