my partner is planning to buy a house on his name. At the moment we r living in a flat that is only on my name. Can my partner be considered as a first time buyer?
If yes, then what are the required documents that he need to produce? Do i also need to show my bank statements for this house purchase. My current situation is that I am unemployed but my partner pays my mortgage and transfer money into my account every month.
Please let me know what all we need submit.
