I am divorced and. My Ex has been offered a job offer out of town so she plans to move with our 2 kids but then she plans to leave her 20 yr old son in our house. We are still paying mortgage for the house.
If she is leaving the house should her son not be leaving as well. I am I obliged to have her son live in the house with me?
