Okay, so our house went into foreclosure in 2011 or even before! And my mom hasn't payed the mortgage since then and we are still living here! I think its really WEIRD that we have been living here and haven't been kicked out. Why haven't we been kicked our or anything?
Added (1). it wasnt bought by a family member and i think it was worth 90,000 and my mom payed like half before it got foreclosed but i think the value went down but we started owing more money for fees idk?
