Any ordinary Australian tenant would pay for breaking a lease agreement, so why not the PM's daughter?

She inspected the property and signed a lease. So she made a mistake, changed her mind, and left the owner in the lurch and covering costs on a mortgage? Yes the Tribunal let the tenant off scott-free. This is unheard of in the real world. Should the landlord pursue an appeal?
