So I'm 21, and after working my butt off at Labor jobs I finally got a rare opportunity and do IT work at a Mortgage Company in their corporate office. It's a great job, but honestly they only started me at 13 an hour Salary and I've been there little over 1 year no raises.
Not a hard job… Sit in a AC room all day and work on computer… I'm also in College full time Online and have my Associates here soon in IT. My long term relationship ended and I'm sad everyday and nothing exciting happens for me in my daily routine… Had to move back home and it just stinks…
So I already Enlisted and ship out in like 6 months, but I don't know how to explain this to my Boss, do you think they will be mad? My boss is nice and really worked hard with me to help me out and taught me so much.
How do I approach this? Through HR first? Or my Boss? Idk!
