We just completed a contract with a seller on a short sale home. How long are banks taking to approve short sales in today's market. A lot of the answers I have found are from 5 years ago. I would think this process might have been streamlined somewhat. The home only has one mortgage and is not through Chase, BofA or Wells Fargo.
