I am a first time home buyer, I have lived with my parents and do not have a history of rent payments. I just started a new full time job from being home with my daughter, so I don't have a full work history. The mortgage company wants a letter from me explaining how I will be able to afford my loan if approved. I am not sure what to say or how to say it, Help
