Hey guys! As the title says, I'm a mortgage banker who will be attending a few open houses this weekend. I'm new to mortgages, however I do have a background in Finance, as well as a BS in Economics and a BS in Data Analytics. My question is, what knowledge or type of questions should I be expecting from attendees? Also, what will my realtors be expecting of me? I'm going to bring lots of cold bottled waters, promotional items, as well as my laptop for on-site pre-approvals and whatnot. Since the area this open house is located has about 20 other open houses near by, I'm going to stop by those as well (uninvited, and arrive about 15-30 mins before the actual open house begins) any tips on how to approach those realtors? Many of them are very experienced (20years+) so I'm sure they have plenty of lender relationships. Any tips or advice for both these situations? Realtors and Agents (ex and current) are encouraged, but I will take tips/listen to anyone. Thanks in advance!
