We are newly married and planning on starting a family soon. The house is small, but recently rehabbed, in a very family friendly neighborhood with good schools.
I've heard a lot of people say 2br is too small for someone planning to have kids, plus they're hard to resell. Also, it has AC, but has radiators. While we actually prefer them, we're worried that will affect resale.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
The price is lower than 3br, but not cheap, because houses in this area always sell in a few days way above asking price.
