I served in the Marine Corp. And have my veterans benefits, including the use of a VA loan. I've tried to secure financing for a condo but have been denied due to lack of work history. I've been working at my current job for the last 6 months and have been in that industry for over 10 years. My debt-to-income ratio is satisfied and my credit is sufficient to satisfy VA guidelines (620 min) and yet I still can't qualify. Any ideas?
