My fiancé and I are trying to get our first house! I am a stay at home mom for the time being, but I had to sign a paper for the mortgage saying I have no income. Does anyone know how long before I can get a job? I quit my job about 2 years ago to go back to school. Due to a bad car accident I was not able to look for work after I finished my schooling. I am however wanting to join the workforce again soon. Is there a certain time frame since I signed the paper? I do NOT have income right now. But would like to look for work in the next year. It is an FHA loan of that matters. Thanks!
