My boyfriend is going through a contested divorce, he has to declare all real property, pensions, etc. We bought a house a year ago, however it is in my name only, and I purchased the house alone. He does help pay for the mortgage. I hope she can not touch my house! We plan to marry once the divorce goes through, and then he will be added to the deed.
