The asking price is $260k, but I don't have enough.
I currently have two condos without any mortgages.
If I sell these condos, I will get about $170k after paying fees.
I also have $40k in the account, so still need $50k plus closing cost.
I'm self employed and only 10k income/year. Credit score is above 720
Is there any way I can have a loan $50k?
