Wondering about the total costs you had spent? I know that 203k loans are paying for the cost of the house plus renovations. You have to pay 3.5% down, but I'm wanting to know what costs and process of the other things like, getting it inspected, closing costs and fees? I also know there is a FHA consultant to appraise the house. I would like to know the smaller details that go into it. Found a house for 62,000, sits on 3.5 acres and possibly needs about $15,000 in renovations, but that is just from looking at it, have not gotten it inspected. So, that is what I am wondering, all costs and or experiences you have had?
