Will I be able to open a new account with wells fargo if I overdrew my first account?

I opened an account at Wells Fargo about 3 years ago when I was 19. I didn't have a job and ended up going through some hard times, I overdrew my account by about $220 and I wasn't able to pay the money back until last year, which by then it had gone to credit. I want to get another bank account there but I am not sure if they will let me open one because of my history with them. I really don't want bank of America, ive heard horror stories about them messing up with people's money and mortgages. Wells Fargo is a very nice bank, I liked the way everything worked there and I'm hoping that they will let me open up another account. I will be able to deposit $1000 to open the account up. My question is, has anyone else gone through this? What are the chances that I will be able to open up an account again?
