I am buying a foreclosure property in Oklahoma, but after some research, I found that there are a senior lien (1st mortgage), a junior lien, and some unpaid state taxes. Are these liens, including the state taxes, going to be wiped out?
Added (1). loanmasterloan, I am buying the foreclosure property at the sheriff sale, so I need to know if all liens including state taxes are going to be wiped out when the court assign the deed to me.
