Halifax previously agreed to a mortgage but when they sent the surveyor, the surveyor refused to come because I live in a high-rise block of flats, and therefore, my mortgage was rejected afterwards. I'm looking for a bank/building society which would agree to a mortgage and the surveyor would actually come.
