I am currently on a joint mortgage, but have just gone through a legal separation, I/we don't want to sell, but I am not sure if I can still live there under the current situation.
I have been offered a housing association rental property, in another town. Can I accept?, if yes what are the consequences?
I need help quickly as I am going to view the property on Friday.
I'm going crazy worrying about this.
