Out of curiosity:
A person was arrested/sent to jail and his bank accounts were frozen. This means that both the arrested person and other companies which regularly deducted money from the account on a regular basis cannot not withdraw any money for the account for any purpose at all.
The arrested person owns a house and pays mortgage every month prior to being arrested. However, after being arrested, he cannot pay the mortgage as he has no access to any of his bank accounts.
So, what would happen to the house and the people who are living inside it?
Would they be forced to leave?
