My neighborhood has become the hood. Constant break-ins, gunshots, violence etc. It wasn't like this until the Southside crept in. Now, because of them, almost every house in the neighborhood is for sale. It's almost impossible to sell. I need to move. I have a job lined up, but it's far from here. I am not planning on buying another house. Ever. Bc, I don't want this to happen again. I'm about to just give up and walk away. To #!_( with my credit. I can't afford a mortgage and rent. I don't want to deal with renters in this area either. The foreclosed on houses are so run down… The banks aren't even keeping them up. Would you just get out? Esp if you could relocate?
