I would like to get my name off the house my now ex husband lives in?

My now ex husband lives in the house we bought and lived In years ago. Since our divorce he has paid off the main mortgage but still owes on the second mortgage. Since I left the home, he has let it go down hill. Should I get my name off the house before he gets the second mortgage paid off? I am ashamed of the home the way it is now and don t want any part of it.
